Preface
As teachers, we are the models to our students, and the students will accumulate what we have done in our class. I come from China and now I am studying here in the US, I am sure that what I have learnt can benefit me and my students. I have concentrated on science learning, such as the way I read books, the style I teach, the methods I have, the experiment I do, the way I live, and etc. All of those global awareness of science could affect my students not only in the classroom but beyond of that, not only temporarily but for eternal life. How can I do that? This unit will concentrate on the concepts-"three R", which means Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. In this unit, I will design several activities for the students, to let them be aware of forming global thoughts for science and good habits not only in science class but also in the life.
